Coverage & Limits of Liability

Amigo Mex Insurance offers 6 basic core coverages:

1. Collision – Actual Cash Value according to Kelley Blue Book
2. Fire and Total Theft –- Actual Cash Value according to Kelley Blue Book
3. Bodily Injury Liability – Combined Single Limits (CSL) up to $100,000 USD
4. Property Damage Liability – Combined Single Limits (CSL) up to $100,000 USD
5. Medical Expenses for Occupants of Insured Vehicle –- Limits up to $25,000 USD
6. Legal Defense and Bail Bond

• Vehicles 10 years old or newer can be insured for Full Coverage or Liability Coverage.

• Vehicles 20 years old or newer can be insured for Liability Coverage only.

• Vehicles older than 20 years old can not be insured.

Claims

ALL claims must be reported to the Mexican Insurance Company and  the Mexican Authorities WHILE IN MEXICO.
