Coverage & Limits of Liability

Our policies provide the following protection:

1. Collision – Actual Cash Value according to Kelley Blue Book
2. Fire and Total Theft –- Actual Cash Value according to Kelley Blue Book
3. Bodily Injury Liability – Combined Single Limits (CSL) up to $100,000 USD
4. Property Damage Liability – Combined Single Limits (CSL) up to $100,000 USD
5. Uninsured Motorist - Limits up to $ 1,000 USD
6. Medical Expenses for Occupants of Insured Vehicle –- Limits up to $25,000 USD
7. Legal Defense and Bail Bond
8. Roadside Assistance

• Vehicles 10 years old or newer can be insured for Full Coverage or Liability Coverage.

• Vehicles 20 years old or newer can be insured for Liability Coverage only.

• Vehicles older than 20 years old can not be insured.

Claims

Claims are settled in U.S. dollars, and based upon U.S. repair rates. Repairs may be completed in the U.S., Canada or Mexico.

VERY IMPORTANT: ALL claims must be reported to the Mexican Insurance Company and  the Mexican Authorities WHILE IN MEXICO.
